Problem 6: the value shown for u(n)Cox is the value only for u(n). Cox
must be calculated from the given value of tox and epsilon(xo) where
epsilon(ox)=3.45x10(exp-11) farads/meter
Problem 5: delete from this homework set. The material hasn't been
covered yet. It will likely be reassigned as part of the next homework
