For most of the problems, you can look at the source
code (.cpp file), compile and run them. For problem
9, you have compilation errors when you compile. I
added Problem 9a after our discussion in class about
what happens if you increment past the end of the
definition of the enumerated type. I included the
original loop for problem 2 to show that my solution
gives the same output. For the question which didnt'
have programs (7 and 12), there's a .txt file rather
than a .cpp file.
